Using different techniques, coaching aims to bring about positive changes in your life, allowing you to move forward towards your particular goal, be it success, wellbeing, peace of mind, better health, weight loss etc.
Everybody has a different goal in mind, and everyone starts from a different place, so the aim of life coaching is to bring an individual approach to each situation and tailor make it to your own situation.
I offer one to one sessions, but I also run life coaching workshops to help with various challenging areas of life (e.g. money, security, self esteem).
These sessions give people a chance to recognise where there are limiting beliefs which hold them back in their life, and give the opportunity to learn self-help techniques.
