Sessions are carried out over Skype or Zoom, and generally last 60-75 minutes, but can be conducted over the phone, if you are in the UK.
Some modalities need a number of sessions to derive the greatest benefit (e.g. Tapping into Wealth, and The Invision Process), but I do offer a free 30 minute call to establish what would your best way forward.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Tapping! This process involves tapping certain meridian points whilst saying certain phrases and statements. It may be helpful for a variety of problems, both physical and emotional, including cravings (cigarettes, chocolate, surfing the internet), anxiety, phobias, weight loss, and pain. Non-invasive and you can learn to self help at home!
Tapping is also the main part of my Transform your Money Story (Tapping into Wealth) and Be your most powerful YOU programmes.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
This therapy derives from the 3 words that make up its name:
Neuro - refers to the nervous system (in this case, the mind) and how we get our information about the world through our senses;
Linguistic - refers to the language (verbal and non verbal) through which we make sense of the world and communicate with it (mostly unconsciously!)
Programming - describes the way we have developed strategies (or programmes) to achieve outcomes in our lives. These are often beyond our consious mind, yet they literally run our lives!
We don't all see the world the same way (because of the way our minds work), and yet we make judgements and feel our negative emotions, without realising, for the most part, what is going on behind the creation of these feelings.
Using NLP interventions strategies and behaviours that are not useful to us may be eliminated, along with phobias, fears, cravings and many other things!
TLT (Time Line Therapy®)
Time Line therapy is a therapy designed to eliminate limiting decisions you may have about how you are in the world, and also negative emotions from the past. TLT may also be very useful for creating a successful future.
There is no trance with Time Line Therapy, and it is a very simple technique, but can be so very effective.
In this therapy you are put into a trance so that the unconscious mind can be accessed to allow changes to unwanted behaviours and habits, and encourage instead positive versions for the future.
It is absolutely safe, in fact, most people are fully aware of everything going on around them while in trance - they simply feel very relaxed. You will not be manipulated or made to do anything you don't want to do!
Hypnotherapy may help anxiety, sleep disorders, weight loss, exam nerves etc.
There may be a time when you need some inspiration - some techniques or ideas to move you forward if you are stuck.
You literally may not be able to see a way out of a disorganised situation or period in your life, (in whatever area that may be).
Life coaching can help you to see more clearly - what you need to focus on and where you need to direct your energy and attention.
It gives you motivation and, above all, support when you need someone on your side to show you potentially another way. It offers tools and techniques, and a new way of thinking about things - perhaps you simply never had time or space in your life to consider other possibilities. It brings with it opportunities to change your life for the better, it may even encourage you to change direction!
Using a selection of the above, I seek to offer the most relevant and pertinent therapy, depending on the personal circumstances and needs of the client, at the time of the consultation, with their highest good in mind. The beauty of these therapies is that they can be tailor-made to suit your requirements.
