I have a dream! I want to help people improve their health and happiness in the simplest, most affordable and painless way possible, and give them a self-help tool for life.
It has been proved scientifically that people can lose a stone or more in 8 weeks merely by using Tapping (and previous participants on this course lost 7lb in 28 days)
I have therefore created a programme (in 2 parts) to replicate this weight loss.
I want to take peoples' success and encourage more and more people to learn how to be in control of their eating, and their health, and feel better about themselves on every level.
This programme is designed to offer weight loss,
but the rewards go far beyond that,
as you will find out!
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME - WHAT YOU DO HAVE TO DO
This is an effortless and easy ON LINE PROGRAMME that asks you (in part 1) to check in every day for 30 days and
- watch a 5 minute instructional video
- complete a short questionnaire and return the answers to me
- tap along to a separate video
I will also ask you to do your own tapping (which you will be shown how to do) throughout the course, so that it moves you forward more quickly, and you develop a "tapping habit"!
The time commitment will be between 15-30 minutes daily.
It is easy to access, even if you are on holiday.
It is designed to change your life by
· Changing your approach and relationship both to food and your body
· Giving you control of what you eat
· Giving you greater confidence in yourself and
· Dealing once and for all with your pesky inner saboteur, that wants to eat those biscuits!!
It is also a self-help tool that you will be able to use for the rest of your life, to continue to lose weight, or keep the weight off, as well as becoming healthier and happier.

Lives are blighted by being overweight.
It is a global problem and it is a growing problem.
It causes issues with health, relationships, work, and well-being, and severely damages self esteem and self confidence.

WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO
- You do not have to attend weekly classes
- You don't have to stand on a set of scales in front of everyone
- in fact, after the initial weigh in, you won’t weigh yourself until the end of the programme!
- You won’t have to follow a diet, count calories or eat any "diet" foods
- You don't have to go to the gym (unless you want to)
